The beach was great! We loved walking on the sand and enjoying the sea breeze. the hotel was also quite affordable during the holiday season. the staff was friendly and helpful in offering some great recommendations on how we can spend our winter holiday.

The rooms were quite small and poorly furnished. the bathroom was cramped and the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

The room was not cleaned or towels/bedding refreshed during the entire stay (5 nights) at this hotel. A beautiful island but the serevice was a bit of a let down.

This hotel is right next to the beach, so you can easily enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offers a restaurant with excellent gastronomy.

The hotel itself is incredibly ugly and the inside looks very dated, from the 1970s and doesn't seem to have been updated since. The staff is rude and the guests average 70 years old. I would recommend finding a smaller place in Burg (the nearby town).

Booking should offer Half board as it woukd be much cheaper than paying for Breakfasr as an extra €12 per person.

The view from the rooms on the higher floors is absolutely stunning, especially if you're lucky enough to have a sea view. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery without feeling crowded by other guests or seeing the balconies around you. The hotel is well-maintained, and the staff provide friendly service, speaking English with a charming German accent. Additionally, the location of this hotel is perfect, as it is right next to the beach, allowing for easy access and a paradise for kids.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we couldn't find any major issues.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The location by the beach was stunning, and we enjoyed walks along the nice walking paths. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the apartment we stayed in was spotless and had everything we needed, including a coffee machine and ice cube maker. The staff were wonderful and made the check-in process easy. We also appreciated the location's proximity to the center of the nearby city, with many restaurants to choose from.

Not obvious to find.

Located right on the beach, this family-friendly hotel offers comfortable rooms with great views of the ocean. the breakfast buffet is a treat with plenty of options to choose from. If you're a foodie, you'll love the variety of restaurants located nearby in the center of town, conveniently within walking distance.

One downside to this otherwise comfortable hotel is the slow elevators, especially during peak hours.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, directly on the beach, and also conveniently close to the center of Burg where you'll find many nice restaurants. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the rooms are equipped with good facilities. The breakfast offered at this hotel is also worth mentioning, as it is delicious and satisfying.

Great ocean view. Clean rooms. Pleasant office staff. Spacious apartment with two rooms. Extra blankets provided. Bathroom with shelves and hooks. Exceptional view from tall buildings. Very helpful staff. Lots of activities for children

Couldn't fault

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a fun and memorable experience. The stunning beachfront location and the picturesque views make it one of the best destinations around. Along with modern and clean rooms, there were plenty of amenities available. The swimming pool and the bike rental station were great additions. Another plus point was how close it is to a lot of restaurants and shops, making it easy to find places to eat and do some shopping.

There were a few things that could be improved. The service was slow and not as friendly as we hoped. Also, the lack of housekeeping services led to the accumulation of garbage in the room. It would have been great to have some daily cleaning services. Finally, the price of some of the extra services was a little bit too high, making it difficult for some guests to fully enjoy the hotel's offerings.
